Ruta Alternativa was part of an exhibition titled Free Play at the Sun Valley Museum of Art, that considered the relationship between design and creativity in social spaces dedicated to recreation and play. Visitors could choose to sit down to a game of oversized checkers or climb the ladders to transit the upper section and consider the alternate perspective the piece offered.
